"Our stay was very pleasant. The lobby is up on 4 on a busy street, but once you have that figured out – it’s a great location, in the heart of Wellington’s CBD. We were steps from the Wellington Cable Car, which gives you access to the Botanical Garden and Zealandia. Te Papa was a 15-minute walk away. I don’t know if they have food at the hotel, but we didn’t really check as there was loads of dining nearby. The hotel communication was great – they answered our questions beforehand and even offered to set up a bed in the additional room for our son. The in-room washer and dryer unit was handy for laundry. Rooms were spacious, clean, and climate-controlled; beds were comfy; hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent stay and we'd definitely stay here again."

"The staff went out of their way to look after us and get a room ready quickly at short notice. This was especially appreciated as we were travelling with 2 young children. The rooms were clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and the extra amenities like the pool were a hit with the kids. "
