This is good value option. Hotel is quite new and all up together. Staff are good too. Easy to get to without car, just need to plan a bit.

Front desk did not have an attendant 24/7. It was closed at night. When I needed to check out at 0600, the front desk was closed with no attendant. The phone in the lobby with instructions to call if the front desk is closed, wasn’t even working!

The room was nice but had an odd smell to it. When I got to my room later that night and went to go use the tv before bed the remote had no batteries in it and the tv had no buttons on it to use.

STANK motel with NO service and cots for beds
I would urge any decent person to steer clear or this place. Very tiny room. The "bed" was more like a cot with a wire frame (like in a pullout sofa). The mattress and bedding was horrible quality and uncomfortable. We were placed in a room at far end of hallway near and outside door which wouldve been nice if accessible, but they were keeping it locked during an "investigation" which apparently lasted the whole weekend we were there as we tried a number of times and were unable to get in that way. So instead, we had to enter at front desk and walk down and long STANK hallway. I mean easily the nastiest smelling place ive ever been in. Reeked of food and dirty dog... there were several dog friendly signs outside of other doors (wish i wouldve known, wouldnt have booked a place to share with animals). You literally have to put your key card in a slot in your room to get electricity. LOL. We were given one set of towels so the 2nd day asked for a fresh set and were told WE had to bring our dirty towels up to the front desk in order to get clean towels... where they do that at?? What kind service is that?! No ice. One fork and one spoon in the "kitchen". I had to buy ajax to clean the tub myself. Far from the relaxing getaway i was looking for but we made the best of it since they have a no refund policy. I literally asked within an hour because i wouldve gladly checked out and went somewhere else.

Staff were helpful and courteous. Our room smelled horrible though (like leftover musty food) no matter how much we sprayed Febreze and kept the window cracked open the furthest it could go. Linens and bedding were threadbare. The sheet kept coming off the corners of the bed. Housekeeping service was only after 3 days of stay, earlier than that would incur a $3 charge. Not a dealbreaker for us but something I think future guests would like to know before booking. Room had a small pan, 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 sets of silverware, 2 water glasses, and some kitchenware. Good to have for an extended stay (which of course the place is for) but would suggest booking elsewhere if you want a cleaner and more comfortable experience.

Everything was great, the location is awesome. The only thing we did not like was that in the bathroom roof there was an area with mold, but for everything else it was a great stay. I would definitely book it again!
