“My cottage was great! Very quiet! Had everything like a furnished apt. I found that they don’t have good signage when you enter the property. It’s a maze of streets. I’m told they can’t put up certain signs because it’s a time share property. They also require a lot of paperwork before you even arrive plus pre check ins on line. Then when you arrive you have to go thru the whole thing again. I found it to be a bit much. The staff was great and they gave you a map to find your cottage. That part...
“I was wondering why this place is rated so high on Google reviews but now I know. The check in was quick n easy, room was clean. Had everything you need, even a microwave and makeup removers, shampoo, lotion, soap dispensers. Every hotel should do that instead of putting small soaps and shampoos in the showers. Stayed for one night, definitely recommend. Easy to navigate and everything is close by. ”

“Resort itself is clean and good. 15 minutes' drive from Sedona. There was no mention about the room with second floor, with twenty stairs on the web. My parents first agreed using second floor, but complained for three whole days about the stairs & network availability. Staffs with blunt attitute here might need some motivation.”
