Service was great and thorough, or a bit more relaxed, depending on the staff (some staff were younger and less experienced). Everyone was friendly. Amenities were great, facilities were also great. Would definitely stay here again."

"I had a wonderful time in Tokyo. The hotel was very clean, no issues. The mattress was clean and comfy as well as the bathroom. You have all you need from toothbrushes to hair ties. The staff was very nice. Although the rooms are small it wasn’t as bad with two people. I would come back. "

Newer, clean and the rooms are ever so slightly larger than some other business hotels in the city, comfortable for a solo traveller for 1-4 days. Breakfast was good, staff were good, would stay here again. "
