"Very good place to stay for family"

"The setting of this hotel is spectacular. Nested in a middle of a forest, it is far from a lot of things in the island The staff is friendly. It is extremely clean That being said the property is in need of a fresh up"

"Clean room, amazing staff, great food."

"The room was very clean, the bed terrific and the view from the balcony just great. Front desk and cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our time at Hotel Pino and on Jeju enormously. Parking was easy and plentiful. Having on-site laundry, however, for our length of stay would have been a plus."

"Great location, Pool and beach access."

"The staff was very helpful and the property is well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay immensely!"

"Big space that is connected amongst the 3 hotels. Lots of restaurant and food options on the premises."

"Location was amazing. It’s only a couple blocks away from this big market. There are buses nearby. Room was clean and spacious."

"Room was clean, location was ok, and view was great. I went solo and the pricing was good and surrounding areas felt safe, not much solo dining places nearby but still a great spot with the 24H minimart style shop at the lobby."

"The theme park, pool, water park, and fireworks we a plus."

"Very good hotel and food is very tasty."

"The apartment was very clean, spacious and very tastefully furnished and decorated. We had a full kitchen, dishwasher, two refrigerators and a washing machine. A dryer would have been helpful but we were in Jeju during the summer, so luckily the clothes dried quickly. We loved staying at the Vellum Resort and would happily return in the future!"
