“The house was in need of a thorough dusting upon arrival, and there were several soft spots in the flooring that were concerning. The temperature inside the house never got below 72 degrees, making every room feel hot and uncomfortable during our stay. Additionally, the pictures in the listing were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition or appearance of the house. Overall, we were disappointed because the property did not meet expectations based on the listing.”

“I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. So there is no telling how long that has been going on. The conjoining room door is not insulated well at all, I could hear the neighbors entire conversation even with the tv on. It is an ok room if you want to save...

“Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty.”

“Our room was on the first floor. The floor felt damp and gritty. The bed and sheets also felt damp. Breakfast was good. Location was good.”

“I had a reservation through Expedia for 3 nights unfortunately I got sick running a fever had to check out early When I checked out I told the hotel clerk why I had to check out early. I asked for a receipt he told me I’d have to get it from Expedia I asked again and he refused to give any documentation So Apple Valley Inn refused to give me a refund for having to check out early because of my illness That’s cold hearted. Thanks for nothing Apple Valley Inn”

“Wonderful hotel with great rooms. Easy access to a lot attractions in Pigeon Forge, and great amenities like the pools. Highly recommend!”

“Nice and good clean stay”

“The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed”

“We stayed on the first floor. We had a door at the back of the room that opened to a beautiful view of the river. Lots ducks.”

“Nice accommodations in the heart of all the action. Plenty of storage but needs hooks and exhaust fans in the bathroom. Great for the price and location.”
