“We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up.
Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs.
This was also sold as THAMES VIEW APARTMENT, yet even though apartment...
“The location is great for attending events at the Excel Centre, or nearby areas such as Canary Wharf, Greenwich, etc. It is also convenient because it is right off the Prince Regent DLR station. Just be aware that if you need to get to tourist attractions, many of them are at least 40 minutes away via transit.”
“Such a beautiful hotel my only complaint would be the coffee tray in the cupboard is in the wrong place for ease of use esp if your elderly or have struggles bending

"창문없음 방은 작고 환기어려움 있어 가격이 낮은 이유가 있음 냉장고 없고 청소는 3일에 한번이고 수건도 3일에 큰타올 2개만 지급함. 더 요청하면 해준다지만..기본이 그러함. 조식은 괜찮음. 문의 락이 잘 안걸려 여러번 확인하고 화장실 물버튼도 한번 잘 안되어 직원이 봐줌. 다음엔 안올 거 같음 "
"협소하지만 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 1층 직원을 비롯한 조식 레스토랑의 직원 모두 친절합니다. 다만 숙소 내 모바일 통신이 잘 되 지 않아 다소 불편하였지만 wifi로 해결했습니다.
위치는 시내와는 떨어져 관광하기에는 적합하지 않습니다. 높은 빌딩들 사이에 있는 숙소라 조용하고 깔끔합니다.
다음 방문시에도 또 묵을 예정입니다."
