"The room we received was extremely small amnd the beach didn't have a clear path to get to it. Oh well its a middle class hamptons experience so it was worth it. I would stay there again, if I can't find anything better for 100 dollars more per night. I would pay 100 dollars more per night for a better room at a slighthly nicer venue, but not more than that."

"This is our fourth time at the Blue - location and proximity to the beach are unmatched. Love the deck, friendly, helpful staff. A few things to improve: Bathroom tile/grout could have used more attention; I would get rid of terrace rugs, which stay wet due to moisture Showers in pool area not working"

"Our room was poolside. Behind the pool were lounge chairs with a view of the ocean. Doesn't get any better than that! Pool doesn't close Labor Day. Stays open til mid October and is heated. Off the pool deck, is a pathway down to the beach. Slept with the door open so we could listen to the waves. Room had a stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker and mini fridge. Plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils available for use. Bring your own food and drinks instead of paying for overpriced restaurant meals. Rooms were updated, clean, and comfy. Table for two right outside the sliding door. A few blocks away from Montauk village. Plenty of folks staying here but still quiet and peaceful."
