"I went to the pool one evening. The pool area could have used some attention, dirty towels were left out, which is the guest being lazy but the towels were so small, like hand towels and very thin. There was one last one I used. I live staying here, so convenient for the Mayo clinic, been coming here for years."

"The rooms were clean, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The only downside was the parking situation. Since there were not enough parking spaces available, we had to park near the lobby and use a golf cart service to travel back and forth to our room"

"This was a wonderful hotel stay! Everything was great! The bed was comfy. The room was clean. The breakfast options were better than any other buffet of any other hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few! The fact that you had actual cooks on hand to make breakfast to order was perfect! The staff was nice. Kelsey greeted us upon arrival and she was so polite and welcoming! Great first impression of the hotel! I would definitely stay here again. I have only 2 suggestions for this property: 1) our tub was an awful sight. It needs reglazing or resurfacing really bad. However, I would suggest modernizing and turn the whole thing into a walk-in shower. 2) remove the palm trees hovering over the pool. Bits of the trees constantly fall into the water, so it's not the best place for those trees, especially since no one is there constantly cleaning it out. Other than those 2 suggestions, superb stay!"

"The air conditioning was not working in room. We had to switch rooms at 11pm at night and then whole reason for staying there in 108 temp was use the hot tub and pool but the water heater was broken. For the price, it was too many problems. Otherwise, the staff was helpful to try to make it nicer. "

"This was a fun resort to stay out. Very unique design being built into the. There was construction going on near my building so I just used the adults only pool in the center of the resort. Loved the restaurant A Different View but wished they were sitting outside. We could go onto the patio for pictures though. The sunset was amazing. There was a large corporate group the first night I stayed there that was loud but the second night was more calm. Staff members were nice and responsive to questions."

"The hotel was under a major renovation, but that is not reflected on the Expedia site. The pool was not working; there were chips in the paint in the lobby and everywhere else. Breakfast not served one of the days of my three-day stay. Rooms are only cleaned every other day which is tough because the dirt is so ground in that you can smell it. Carpet in hallway to my room had a giant gash out of it that went to the carpet pad, it was a hazard. In addition, the hallway carpet in halls and in rooms was ancient, filthy and stained. Hand railing in one of the main elevators fell off when I bumped it. Hotel difficult to deal with even though the construction limited customer experience and Expedia still charging top dollar. My recommendation: wait this one out until renovation is complete which by the looks of it will be at least late 2027."

"This place has really bad consumer service when I arrived at the place. The lady was very moody. She didn’t activate the card right I came back down and asked her seems like she got a little bit upset when I went into the room the room smelled like cigarette it was really hot. I went to turn on the AC. There were no AC control box. It seemed like it had been broken off the wall. The AC did not function. I then went to the front desk and asked if they could switch me rooms and she repeatedly rudely said. know that because she already had switched out a lot of people for the day and that she was not doing anymore. I asked to speak to maintenance. She got mad and said no one was gonna speak to me that I pretty much lost my money no refund available nor another room I didn’t have to sleep outside in my truck due to this issue"
