โSeamless service with a good view. Hotel starts getting weary as there seems no major refurbishment since the covid outbreak in china (like others to be fair) but it offers still a very classic and seamless service throughout the stay. Always a pleasure coming back! โ
โAtmosphere was amazing. Loved my room(shikumen view). Gym and swimming pool, bars were good and breakfast menu wss special. All the people there was so kind and supportive. And especially Joy Epler Aragon made us so compotable for our stay! Neighborhood was also good so I will definately choose Alila Shanghai again for my next Shanghai trip.โ
โHad a lovely 5 nights at this hotel. Room was very clean and modern, it's a newer property with nice fitout. Not much happening in the lobby but gym and pool looked good (didn't use).Lots of restaurants around. Nice stay!โ
โWe arrived in the Hotel at 3pm from the airport.
The room wasnโt ready and the reception told me that they are not sure if the room will be ready even an hour later. We had another schedule so we had to clean up at the public restroom and leave the hotel to go our next appointment.
Didnโt get any official apologies or a sorry note or anything. They donโt have anything to say about this situation except the room is not ready and they are not sure when the room will be ready. โ
