What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, motivated, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. "An amazing stay! I got upgraded to a room with a better river view and the perfect view of the bund.The hotel is a few minutes walk from the bund and the river yet super quiet. Everything was clean, smelt fresh, and was the most at home I felt in a hotel (I been to quite a few). The staff was helpful especially those at the restaurant Fifty 8 shout out to Carrie who was our server! Even the ayi (cleaning lady) was super nice, she found out I spoke Mandarin and was telling me about her hometown of Henan. The room service was delicious and I ordered basically everyday. This was my first time choosing MO and now I am officially a fan!"

"Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service."
