“We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The service was excellent throughout: every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. Requests were answered quickly and handled with care. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was spacious and beautifully designed, with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice, and the gym was large and well equipped. The resort is huge,...

“That was a beautiful trip. We came with our friends. The personal staff very helpful, good people. Mohammed is so kind, friendly, thank you very much to all 🙏🌸”

“It was a memorable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a jaccuzzi and it was a really nice and thoughtful touch. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. The food was good at the buffet and the Mediterranean restaurant, and the fruit bar and mango juice were simply outstanding. The snorkeling was amazing, the best I ve ever had. The proximity to Soho square is also a notable plus. The negative points are the smell of the room which was very musty and humid. Also, the air conditioner was...

“Staff very friendly and helpful. An abundance of staff everywhere you look, which was great to see. Room and hotel were spotless. Had one issue where we told the cleaner we didn’t need our room cleaned on the morning and had the do not disturb sign on the door and it got cleaned anyway. We raised it and it was dealt with and no further issues. Family - friendly. Although no obvious stand out children items. They have a kids club area with play equipment and a shallow pool which is convenient,...

“Service very bad nobody answered for room seri even the reception nobody answer, there’s no much activity, and when you need something you should go reception and you should asked more than 3 times, the food bad the same food every day.”
