酒店雖然座落住宅小區，但到達後喜歡的氛圍，前台接待的職員十分友善，主動替客人解決問題。尤其前台的Dennis, 他主動有禮，預先給我們安排好了房間，房間面積亦很大，裝修亦很精緻到位，特別喜歡浴缸旁邊放了一set茶具，房間亦打掃得乾乾淨淨。早餐方面半自助式，職員細心安排及提示。整體來說是一間非常好的酒店，性價比高，打車去前海萬象、南油各區也多方便，會再次入住。

酒店近深圳灣口岸，叫車大約10分鐘就到，酒店新，房間舒適，員工都很友善，包括前台和餐廳的員工，服務很好很全面。另外，因為今趟旅程是慶祝生日，酒店安排了房間升級至套房，我們一家都很享受，下次會再入住。
