This so-called 5-star hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms and facilities are old, with noticeable dirt and a lingering smoke smell throughout. Booked this hotel was very last minute as our flight was delayed. Excellent hotel all around. Clean, beautiful, staff are all professional and helpful. They even gave a plate of fruits. The general manager called and asked how my room was after I checked in, and helped me schedule a taxi to the airport the next day. Would definitely stay here again.
