โWe are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days.
On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
โThe property was very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also had a parking garage for our car with a gate the you opened with your room key. You also needed your room key to go up the elevator which made us feel safer as the facility is in a downtown location. โ

โIt was clean, convenient to stay in the accommodation where I stayed during my family trip for the past week, the facilities were pleasant, and the Ajim meal was delicious. I'm willing to tie it back. โ
โOne of the most comfortable rooms weโve stayed in! Staff were excellent, valet service was quick, and the hotel was clean. The bed was superb, as well! Only complaint is that one of the sinks in our room wouldnโt drain.
