“First of all, whole facility was great as like 5 star resort. However, reception team need to improve English especially on how to put 'please or Mr' not to speak of Sir. Most disappointing thing was taxi service to the airport. Even though I booked one day before and paid(no receipt), a taxi did not show up and reception did not have any information. To be honest, not for indivisual family but for group tourists.”

Bartenders at the blue bar, waiters at every restaurant and even the bartender at the beach bar, all were eagerly providing your drinks and snacks, and sometimes a refreshing fruit plate. Room: clean and tidy. With the shuttle bus running on the main road, easily reach the beach and anywhere. Mosquitoes are the main problem (surprisingly many in the end of Dec.) “Super liebes Personal leider gerade im Umbau und deshalb nicht so ruhig wie sonst. Strand Riff das beste in Sharm el Sheik. Reitstall sehr sauber und auch super Personal, Mann dürfte aber auch dort mal was renovieren. Einen besonderen Dank an Sharif und Mohamed vom Service ihr seit einfach die besten. “Due to no tourist coming around the property looks deserted, staff were friendly at the reception. Food was ok. No transportation unless you make reservations, hotel over charged for taxi and locals try yo overcharged, you need to bargain. No restaurants in hotel. Local food. ”
