โOne of the best properties to stay in Crete to get the real Cretan countryside feeling. Magnificent mountain and hill views, comfortable room and very nice people. Part of the Skalani area, good access to highways, and only 15 minutes drive to the center of Heraklion. โ
โA truly unique experience, it felt like we were staying at a friendโs place rather than at a hotel. Very homey and our room had a beautiful view. The restaurant was charming, with delicious food and we even had a group of excellent musicians with authentic Greek dancers in costume. Anther bonus - it was a 15 minu LP te drive to the airport. The deluxe pool-view apartment was spacious, with a small kitchen which was great if you want to save on eating out every meal. Particularly as there are several supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk, with fresh ingredients. We loved making our own Greek salads for lunch on the balcony (with ouzo of course!).
