"Room is spacious and clean. One of the front desk staff members, Tu Ngo, went above and beyond to accommodate to our request for help. Everyone was polite and attentive. Breakfast included various types of foods and beverages! The breakfast fruit bar was our favorite. It had anything and everything: dragon fruit, langsat, passion fruit, plum. What a treat. The resort has a beautiful beach front. It is located a bit far away from the center of Da Nang so there is not a whole lot of restaurant options nearby. But it’s a pretty convenient Grab ride to and from the busier area of the city. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with convenient access to the beach, you can’t go wrong with Koi resort! "

"Large hotel, a lot of guests, so our experience was not really personal. That said, the room exceeded our expectations; we reserved a city view, but had a partial city, partial sea/beach view. The bed was comfortable, bath and shower were very good, well appointed. The rooftop pool area was cramped, resulting in a chaotic atmosphere, and making it difficult to get a lounger, or any seating at all. The buffet breakfast was equally chaotic and raucous, but the choices were many and varied, and overall, a very good breakfast."

"Staff was super friendly but the policies in place really stopped them from being accommodating. I ordered grab food/used a laundry delivery service and they weren’t allowed to bring up the food & I had to ask several times for them to bring the laundry up. They also advertised free water bottles but didn’t mention that they’d charge you after 2. Vietnam is very hot and 2/3 other hotels I’ve been to have me unlimited water bottles Also there was very loud construction going on right outside my window all through the night and it really picked up from 4-6AM The spa however was AMAZING!!"

"Absolutely perfect. The staff, rooms, restaurants, amenities, location and the cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to local restaurants, the beach out the front is gorgeous and just a quick grab/taxi to everything else. The hotel also offers tours at very reasonable prices. If your considering booking a hotel in Vietnam look no further than this one, you won’t be disappointed."

"This is truly one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at. The facilities, pool, gym, breakfast etc. are outstanding for the price. The staff also could not do enough for me: Vy at breakfast and in particular Yen who (after me telling her about my peanut allergy) could not have been more accommodating showing me exactly what I could and couldn’t eat and even sourcing some alternative oil for me! I ended up extending my stay and will hopefully return"
