Dark in hallways, issues with our room door beeping constantly when we left or returned, the bed feels like sleeping on a rock, and they don’t clean your room during your stay unless you pay extra. The beach view was incredible from the room, there were always fresh bottles of water outside our door in the morning, and the location is the absolute best. You are close to so many things."

"One bedroom had a thin mattress in the floor as a bed. Bath tub leaked so it could not be used. The frame around one of bedroom doors came off and almost hit me. There was a fee to use the pool and the gym. The person at the front desk barely spoke any English."
