โThe views across the bay from our room were terrific, the food was good, room was spotless and comfortable, ensuite modern. What really made our stay though was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hard working staff.โ
โStayed for 4 nights visiting friends and family, really convenient location but above all a very personal experience. The room was lovely, clean and freshly decorated, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary homemade biscuits to help yourself to at reception. Very attentive and lots of really good recommendations to local restaurants and places of interest. โ

โWe stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Sally and Paul were perfect hosts, friendly and chatty. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great, not too far from the centre or the attractions but nice and quiet. Only had breakfast once but it was delicious. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Definitely will be booking again when we can โ
โI spent one night whilst visiting a friend and the hotel was absolutely ideal. Fantastic location on the beach front. All of the staff were friendly, the room was a decent size and very clean. Bathroom was also a good size with a powerful shower and extremely clean. It's a touch on the old side and is currently being renovated but honestly for the price it exceeded all expectations. The breakfast is genuinely superb as a particular highlight. โ
โExcellent price competitiveness. One minor thing was provided sofa-bed was very uncomfortable due to too thin topper (I could feel the frame of the sofa). Pool was also great, particularly its temperature and sauna facilities. โ

โLovely welcome fabulous staff , the hotel is in an excellent position near the beach and some thank you for a fabulous stay lovely restaurants and coffee shops near by . The bathroom was huge ,with lovely white towels and the rooms weโre spotless , some of the decor is a dated but you can see they are upgrading it bit by bit . The breakfast was delicious quality bacon and sausage, we will definitely stay there again thank the Windsor Hotel ๐๐๐โ
โThis was my first time staying at the Grand Hotel Gosforth Park but it certainly won't be my last. Lovely hotel, excellent gym / pool / spa facilities, plentiful parking, lovely food and drinks, lovely staff, lovely room with a huge window for lots of natural light. Highly recommended.โ
โWe booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...
