"You need a better breakfast quality. Charge if you have to but the frre breakfast is a train wreck I choose to eat else where which is fine. "

"Paid $30 for early check in and there was no room available as it still needed to be cleaned. When I let the receptionist know that we paid the $30 fee to be able to check early. She went to say there was still no room available until I stated I paid that fee, then there was a room available. We were on the first level, walked down the stairs and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. Then we we got to our room, my husband went to use the bathroom and went to dry his hands and the towel he grabbed had make up all over it. They had rolled up a dirty towel to make it seem clean. The bed was made and when we went to pull the blankets off there were crumbs and stains. The pillowcase had like sweat stains on them? We left immediately and were told they couldn’t check us out until the manager was in and he would he in at 4pm. We went back at 6pm and were told he doesn’t come in that late he will be in at 8 am in the morning the next day. We went the next day and he was not available, but we were able to get him on the day we were supposed to be checked out. He was very helpful and was apologizing. "

"Breakfast was great, and our room was clean. The only problem I had was that there were no clean towels, so I had to go down to the front desk and ask for them."

"Great experience. Resort is continuing to show wear and tear and is in need of an upgrade. That being said, it was a wonderful experience and the staff and maintenance seem to be on the ball taking care of issues. Valets and staff out front are top notch and very courteous. The resort really enhances your time at the ski resort. "

"Very disappointed on the shuttle bus service which is AWFUL!! Airport pickup: the bus driver was so rude and threw the luggages onto the bus. Airport drop-off: the bus driver disappeared at the last minute. We had already left a reservation for the shuttle service during lunch for mid-night drop-off to make sure we could arrive at the airport on time. However we still need to call Uber instead. When I were back home, I called and the customer service answered me that there were no guarantee for the shuttle bus!! Think twice If the shuttle service is your reason to choose Wingate by Wyndham Downtown Ship Creek!! "
