“The property is amazing. The walk in coffee shop unfortunately guilts/shames you into to tipping a min of 20%, even if you just order a bottle of water. The big screen they turn around for you to pay that makes you select a tip or not is irritating as everyone behind you can see if you tip. If I order my food and I am standing, I am not tipping.. those staff get a non-tipped wage. Get rid of the tip shakedown …”
“The staff is friendly . I was disappointed that the Crows Nest was closed . There are so many people in town . I had looked forward to going to The Crows Nest 😔 Why do they close during the summer and there busy season ?????????”
“여행중에 공용 욕실을 사용하는 곳은 처음으로 방문을 했는데, 생각보다 깔끔하고 나쁘지 않았습니다.
방안에 세면대 정도는 있어서, 양치, 세수 정도는 가능합니다. 장기여행에 호텔비 아끼시려면 이곳에서 하루 머무는 것도 좋은 선택일 것 같습니다~
주인분도 매우 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았던 곳입니다.”
“We didn't feel the area was that safe and i would even say this for downtown Anchorage. There were many homeless people and it was very sad. Some seemed agitated.”
“This house was exactly as advertised. The master with the en suite was fabulous. Access to a washer and dryer was absolutely key.
Kitchen was fully stocked equipment wise with a ninja blender, toaster etc. (No air fryer - that would have been an extra bonus).
Minor issues:
- drawers sticking in fridge and freezer
- shampoo and conditioner provided was a great perk, I just wish it was slightly higher quality (dove or Pantene prov would be a step up).
