"Breakfast was chaotic at best. They put the plates in the middle of the buffet instead of the beginning so people are constantly cutting in line reaching over others to get a plate. The 2 elderly women running it were very slow to respond to any requests n seemed overwhelmed and out of it. No cups for juice, the main items, bacon, potatoes were not replenished, forks ran out. Nobody behind the bar to assist. Its like the staff was actively hiding during that busy time. Pool service is slow and they add a generous tip your bill after you cant find the server n give up n leave the pool area. Elevator not in service so constant wait n line to get in the one working Elevator."
