“This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. Also no closet or drawers for clothing -- just some external hangers. It does have a gym and a pool -- I used the gym and it was small but the treadmill worked fine. Breakfast is standard motel fare. “we should have been informed at check that beds were being replaced on our floor, elevators were blocked, floors were very dirty, at one point our room door was blocked by a TV and it took 10 minutes to get a worker to move it, fold out bed mattress was stained, asked for towel removal, didn't happen, tried to call front desk-no answer-went down to front desk-no one there”

“I’ve stayed in a a lot of hotels but this is the very first time I’ve been given not one but two partially cleaned rooms. 11pm check-in. First room had one stripped bed and one made bed, and ironing board and iron sitting out, and dirty towels on bathroom floor and dirty bathroom. Went down to desk and then gave keys to a 2nd room. 2nd room had two made up beds but pillows without cases, garbage on nightstand, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. “There was someone else's dirty socks left on the floor of our room and an open condom wrapper in the shower. I was charged at the Hotel despite paying ahead of time and had to insist on a refund to get my momey back.”

“Great amenities! Clean, new and cozy. Good view, too. Just one question has not been answered yet. I paid $320 to Expedia for the reservation. But on the document the hotel gave me, it was written that I paid $220, which is the correct price. I wonder where my $100 was gone. ”

“Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!”

“The photos were definitely deceiving. The hot tub was broken, one of the elevators was broken. We had to take stairs from the 10th floor. Lots of weed smell, dingy lighting, outdated atmosphere. Everyone we talked to was having a poor experience as well with this hotel and with the staff not being helpful with their issues. The only saving grace was that the actual room was clean and fairly updated. Thin walls. If we had brought our kids, we would not have stayed.”
