"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-in process was very smooth, and the front desk staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The property itself is very well maintained and gives the impression of being newer, even if it may not be. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast—it was a great perk and had a very nice selection.
The only area where we felt the experience could have been better was the pool service. One of the ladies working there was extremely kind and attentive, but another staff member seemed to be having a difficult day and unfortunately did not acknowledge us or check in on us at all. Even a quick greeting or letting us know they would be with us shortly would have made a difference. We tried not to let it affect our experience, but it did make the pool service feel a little off. He seemed to only stock the wines but I could hear him complaining throughout his shift. The plastic wine cups were also not clean. The worker had mentioned that all of them look like that, but I rubbed it off and they were just dried old watermarks.
Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The friendly front desk staff, spacious and clean rooms, beautiful and well-maintained property, and included breakfast made it a great experience overall. We would happily stay here again!"
