“Love this hotel concept. Love it. Clean, efficient, conveniently furnished. Ideal for longer stays but even our overnight was outstanding. The check in process dimmed my immediate impression as the staff person was very impersonal and cold, unfriendly. But then the manager entered and he was kind and informative, helpful then and later. Overall, our review of the Apt is very favorable. Will stay again. ”

“The front desk staff leaves at 7 p.m., so if you arrive after that, check-in might be a bit confusing. But they do call you in advance to explain the check-in instructions. I arrived pretty late too, but had no trouble checking in thanks to a security guard waiting at the main entrance. The front desk staff was also very friendly when I checked out the next morning.
