“I was overall pleased with Hilton Garden Inn but I do NOT recommend booking through Expedia. I booked and paid for a beachfront, balcony room. I got a balcony but my view was definitely not a gulf or beach view. I got a view of the condo next door. While Hilton Garden Inn could not accommodate us with another room they did give us free breakfast.”

“This was our 2nd stay and we will not return. On check-in, who appeared to be the manager, demanded both phone number and email address. I stated phone number should be adequate. He stated no, must have both. Was just there the previous year, and was not asked to provide both. Room was not ready on time and then put us in a room that had not yet been cleaned. The 2nd room we were assigned on the 7th floor had an issue with ants (crawling on one of the beds, in the bed, on the nightstand, and on...
