Southeast Cincinnati, Ohio hotel rooms at the Best Western

"A nice hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the water. Front desk staff was very, very nice and friendly. Parking situation is kind of confusing and it's expensive but once I figured it out it, didn't have any real issues with it. The pool was closed the entire stay. I chose the hotel specifically for the pool and left with one very disappointed child, who had been talking about the pool for weeks leading up to our stay. The rooms are nice but there are some signs of age. The toilet paper holder was loose in the wall and the hot water takes a long time to heat up. I would probably stay here again but I would check to see if the pool would be open and if not, would more than likely stay elsewhere. "

"No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "

"This is our second stay at this hotel. The room was clean. Water in bathroom - weird plumbing issues: shower at night was great - person 1, shower that morning - person 2 was great, shower in morning for person 3 - no water. Only hot water would come out of sink faucet, then the toilet didn't have water to flush. No cold water. Brought attention to front desk. Also no hairdryer. "

"I didn't get much of an opportunity to check out the amenities adequately, but the room was nice and the staff was wonderful! There were adequate trolleys to carry out luggage and the elevators seem to always be there when you needed one, even though it seemed there were a lot of people staying there. The best part for us, however, was the location as it was central to our specific needs and close to pretty much everything."

"We rented two double bedrooms and each room had a sofa bed. We requested adjoining rooms and were pleasantly surprised when that's what we got. The shuttle to/from the airport was easy to use, prompt, and we had interesting conversations with the friendly driver. The hot breakfast was good and plentiful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if in the area. "
