A little noisy bc of the highway but nothing bad. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and coffee was good and fresh ground. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. We were there for 3 nights. We would stay there again.

This is our 2nd stay, and we will stay here every time we come to Jacksonville! Absolutely the nicest staff, cleanest rooms, quiet, comfortable & hottest showers!

Good location right off of I-95. Hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is a bistro in the lobby which also has a bar that is open till 10pm. It was nice to come in from dinner, get a drink, and take it up to the room. One thing i didn't realize when I booked this room - the hotel is right next door to a hospital and the view from my room was the ER entrance. I was worried that I would hear sirens all night but I didn't hear a thing. It was a...

I had a problem at in the beginning with the outlet and they put me in a room that was not clean but they made sure they fixed the problem that was to my satisfaction, but overall this is a really good place to stay.

The hotel was very clean, excellent breakfast, but the neighborhood not the greatest location.

I have trouble when walking cannot breathe well. Check in was quick and a sofa nearby..Staff met me outside entrance loaded and unloaded upon arrival and departure. Room was comfy and the mattress did not kill my back like most hotels. I did not use the snackbar or bistro. My room was ground floor near pool noise minimal and quiet by 8-10 pm.Beautiful grounds made me wish I could walk more. I was able to find handicap parking and hotel appeared to be pretty full for a weekend.

Overall okay stay. Property was clean on the outside with easy parking. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the beeping from the elevator on our floor was extremely loud. I could hear it all night long and I was all the way at the end of the hall.

It was up to Hilton standards. The lady serving breakfast was delightful. The desk folks were kinda flat, personality-wise.

Hello all, I really enjoyed my stay at the Towne Suites. Room 222 was very clean as we checked in early and the room was fresh smelling and clean. As that is what you want to smell when entering early. By us coming early I thought the room would be dusty and dingy, but oh no it was just right. The breakfast was nice as it was hot oatmeal, bacon, bagels, coffee, eggs, waffles, cereal, and so much more. We asked for extra towels and when they brought the towels to the room they were hot. ...

Hotel seemed to be freshly painted. Service was awesome and had a Bob Evans in the parking lot for easy convenience.
