“It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower.”

“I booked this room through Expedia based on the photos and description provided in the listing. The room that we were assigned was significantly different from what was represented and was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and repair. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. “The outside and inside was very clean as the rooms also. What I didn’t like was that I drove 3 hours from Maryland to get there. I enter and asked where is the bathroom and was told; We don’t have common bathroom. I asked the gentleman; So where do all the employees here defecate and urinate ? He then let me urinate in a bedroom that was being cleaned and I thanked him. It’s the first hotel or company that doesn’t have common bathrooms for visitors that might of traveled hours to get there out...

“When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”
