"Great hotel, comfortable beds, staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, a bit over priced, the bar was fun either way lots of games, great beers too. Perfectly located near a river walk and a brewery and Irish pub!"

"The hotel and pool overlook Lake Geneva which is beautiful. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds but uncomfortable pillows. Outdoor pool is large and well maintained. Breakfast at the restaurant on site was good and there is also a good bagel shop. Harbor Shores is close to the downtown area with many shops and restaurants."

"The Hotel served its purpose in giving us a place to stay while we were in Milwaukee. The room was comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was not all that great. It seems as if there was only one person working on the days that we were there. The employee was definitely doing her job. She was cooking, brewing coffee, serving food and cleaning. There should have been help for her."
