"**** Highly suggest doing a Google search on this hotel (not Travel Advisor) before booking. Positives: This is a gorgeous building (inside) with a beautiful renovation Dinner at the restaurant was delicious Staff was all friendly and helpful Our double queen room was very large and nice Clean, well-kept, no complaints Close to MU Negatives: This hotel (especially lobby area) does not give off a "warm and welcoming" feel. They could improve this a lot with better lightning in the lobby and their front desk situation. While the staff were very nice, there is only one of them, and that person sits in a different room off of the front counter. They must have a mirror or something that alerts when a guest is at the counter, but 95% of the time, the front desk looks unattended which gives a deserted feeling in the lobby."
