"LOVED THE WOOD FIREPLACE!!! Lots of wood stored by our unit so we never ran out. Love the free bus transit passes. Banff is small enough that it made it very convenient to use to go down down or to the Banff Gondola. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the go tub as well. We didn’t use the fitness centre to can’t comment on that. We had a $25 credit that we used at the restaurant and the food was very good. Will definitely be coming back. "

"One of the windows wasn’t sealed properly so we had wind coming in missing face cloths. The sink was draining so took forever to drain and the windowsills were all molded and rotten."

"We only stayed one night. The room was comfortable and clean. We had our dog but I didn’t find a pet station and so it did not feel pet friendly. "
