I used to stay at Caravelle, but after this wonderful experience, my wife and I have decided to make your hotel our preferred choice whenever we visit Vietnam, which is typically four times a year. "The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. "

"We loved our stay at The Reverie Saigon! The location is unbeatable—right by the pedestrian walking street (Nguyen Hue), with easy access to shopping, great restaurants, and tons of massage parlors nearby. Super convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot. We stayed in the Romance Suite, which had a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Access to the Reverie Lounge was another highlight. Daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all beautifully presented and served in a peaceful, elegant setting. Although we had a couple of minor service issues, management was very responsive and sincere in making things right, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Jason for going above and beyond! Overall, The Reverie Saigon is luxurious, stylish, and well worth the stay. We’d definitely come back!"
