"I LOVE the very thoughtful remodel they did. It’s a beautiful design, was very clean & the staff is awesome.
They are very intentional in their amenities. They have 3 parking spaces set aside for the EV charging stations, multiple reusable water bottle refilling stations throughout the property & a Mindful Movement room—a very zen take on an exercise room. We could have gotten a good workout—they had TRX supplies, hand weights & kettleballs as well as a ballet barre & a mirrored wall in a pretty large open space. However, we chose to just sit & enjoy the meditation vibe. They’ve created a cozy fire pit area, an outdoor seating area & did a wonderful job of landscaping. At checkout, they asked how everything was. When I told them about a couple minor concerns, they really listened & I feel they’ll address the concerns quickly.
The only drawback I see is a lack of adequate parking spaces. The fire pit & seating areas as well as the landscaping came at the cost of several parking spaces. It wasn’t a problem while we were there, but if there were to be a big event & they book all 47 rooms, that may become an issue. If it came to that, they’ve planned overflow parking in the parking lot next door to the motel, so no biggie. All in all, it’s a great motel!!"
