“We were there for approximately an hour and had to leave and get another Hotel room at 1am, my daughter was bit by a BEG BUG and we were not staying there!!!! We drove 5 hours from Nashville and had to scramble in the middle of the morning to find another room. The check in staff Linda was absolutely wonderful!! The Manager Christina and the front desk worker that came in at 11pm 7/31/26 was not!!! The guy stood there looking at me with a blank stare and just threw his hands up like “oh well”...

“Front desk clerk didnt tell me about checking in at 3pm I was told to come back at 3am to check in and everything would be find. But I’m getting charge extra money. Miscommunication is something you guys have to work on with your front desk clerks.”

“The room was nice and clean. The facility was clean and the breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The fitness center was thin and the pool smallish, but nice to relax in. I definitely would stay here again.”
