Few guests made it difficult to be prepared for those who did want a hot breakfast. Perhaps management could consider offering a pre-order card to guests when volume is so low in order to prepare what is appropriate.”

“The staff was nice when we checked in. However we never saw anyone after that. We woke up early to enjoy the free breakfast before our 6 hour drive and they had almost nothing. There was an empty crockpot with dirty tongs, waffle maker was not on and old batter in the dispenser. No warm food available. We had no one to complain to because no one was at the desk to check us out. Only a sign that said “leave your key here”. The room wasn’t dirty, but felt stale and not freshly clean. Not worth the...
