“Lobby was Under construction/ under maintenance so part of the hallway was sectioned off. Had to go to another room (empty hotel room) to get breakfast vs the lounge due to that. Kind of visually unappealing but otherwise was fine. Staff was great & room was fine.”

“Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us....

“I booked the room through Expedia and when I showed up to check-in they said they didn’t have a room available. Expedia was of no help finding another hotel room in the area. Never booking through them again.”
