The breakfast, prepared and served by the excellent innkeeper, was fantastic and sent us on our way quite full and ready for the day. We highly recommend the Oakdale Inn, and cannot wait to return! "This could be a lovely hotel, but I’d need of maintenance and cleaning. The room was not clean, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom area, a broken lamp was on the floor, terrible smoke odor in the room, one set of towels for two days in a king room. The front desk staff was friendly and the location was good."

I will probably not stay there again, but like I said if you need a bed and shower after being on the road, you get what you pay for."
