“Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!”

“Staff were incredible. Stefania in particular was v helpful and just really positive and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is in a great location with great restaurants and cafes nearby and close to the museums. Great bakery nearby. Rooms were modern and bathroom shower pressure was great. We got upgraded and were able to check in quite early given the early flight in. Even used the refresh room for a quick shower before flight home.”

“Great breakfast and friendly staff's response enhance the dignity of the hotel. If I go to Vienna again, I will visit for the third time.”

“Amazing location, staff were very nice as well and the room was clean!”

“The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming...
