We had every amenity that we needed & the front desk staff were excellent. They went above and beyond for something that I needed and did it with a wonderful attitude. “Staff wa friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, and luxury robes. The hotel location is ski in/out and located near the activity center. The hotel front desk stores ski equipment and the restauant had excellent pepperoni flat bread and martinis. Parking was never an issue and pool/hot tub were easily accessible apre ski. The main lobby is currently under renovation but the noise was never an issue. ”

“We spent 2 nights in October while visiting the Tetons, and absolutely loved the SpringHill Suites Jackson Hotel. The hotel is brand new, incredibly clean, and in a perfect location. DO NOT pay for parking at the hotel. We were able to park outside on the street daily - alternatively there is also a free parking lot right across the street.
