The facility is quite old and is in need of of a major upgrade as well as an extensive remodel. They are fortunate to have an excellent staff who are both professional and personable.

There was mold in the room and in the shower. Tv didn't work and when informing the front desk, we were told we could be moved to another room but no guarantee that one would work either. Everytime the ac ran, it sounded like someone was beating a piece of metal with a hammer.

The room was ok. There were some small stains on the sheets like pen marks or it touched something dirty. The tv did not work, phone was unplugged and wire behind the night stand which did not look like it had been cleaned. Tge rest was ok.

I’d noticed this hotel before so I thought it would be great but I was so wrong. I walked in and the front desk person said she couldn’t find my reservation or the early check in paperwork I’d done online and charged me again for the room. Then I went up to the room and the tv was on (the tv wouldn’t change channels so I couldn’t want anything besides one news channel) and the room smelled smoky and disgusting (even after the front desk person said it was a smoke-free facility). The sink would hold water and wouldn’t drain and I can’t decide if it was the sink or bathroom that smelled awful because of this. There was another person’s food still in the fridge and a personal item still on the floor and crumbs in the bed so I know the room wasn’t properly cleaned beforehand. It was disgusting. And the walls were thin so I could hear the neighbors being intimate and yelling and at some points I was scared to enter after getting back from work because people would just hang out outside and even near the cars. This was a terrible experience and I will never book here again. Book the other hotel next door to it. I accidentally walked in to that one, one night, and it looked cleaner and better. It actually had automatic doors so I could enter without touching the filthy door handles and struggling to get my stuff inside.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The fridge was broken, the ice machines were broken. There was NO attempt by staff to make this inconveniences right. Terrible.

Where do I begin? When I arrived I noticed the TV in my room did not work, when I asked the front desk I was informed that a lot of the TVs in the hotel do not work. I then had come back to my room later that night only to find my bathroom flooded. I request a new room only to be given a smoking room even though I booked for non smoking due to having children. Get to my new room—the room reeks of smoke and the air is not working properly it won’t go under 73 degrees. Oh and you guessed it TV does not work. Talk about hot and bothered. Last but not least my child finds an empty pill capsule on the floor. With an unknown brown substance in it. I would not be staying here if I wasn’t so far from home and if there were any other availabilities in the area. 0/10 would not recommend. I will say the worker who assisted me was nice, other than that this place is terrible.

The room was genuinely one of the most gross rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I was in a rush booking and didn’t read the reviews before. I honestly don’t think the room had been cleaned in who knows how long. The front desk lady was nice. I never brought the gross room to her attention because i already knew after reading the reviews nothing would be done about it. The AC barely worked in the room, there was crumbs and assorted trash on the floor, towels on the floor in the bathroom, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower had literally somehow separated and looked disgusting.

Parking is a nightmare depending on what time you arrive at (or return to) the hotel. Be prepared to walk a long distance (possibly from the parking lot next door) after parking back to the hotel. Hotel Management is feckless for enforcement of parking restrictions on contractors. At one count in late evening (~ 11 PM) I counted at least 13 passenger vehicle parking spaces occupied by trucks and trailers. Adding salt to the wound, the hotel has at least 18 spots (approx. 12' w x 50' long) on the opposite site of the hotel in the back lot. Instead of making the contractors walk the longer distance, they had no qualms about making families with children make the longer trek! A few spots have a sign posted in English "Passenger Vehicles Only". One evening I arrived to find a few contractors parking in those spaces with huge trucks and trailers. I tried to ask them why but they spoke only Spanish. I asked management why they don't have signs in Spanish along with English. One employee told me they used to have both posted but current GM said to remove Spanish signs; use English only. It would be great if someone told him we're living in the 21st century, not 1980s or 1990s! What an idiot. Moreover, cited they have no authority to enforce the contractor parking. That alone tells me they REALLY don't care about the other guests who are not big contractors. Reason enough for me to find a different hotel next time I'm there for work. Plenty of hotels to choose from!

One large truck taking up 2 spaces dedicated for passenger vehicles. I don't consider a large commercial-use F-250 with crew cab as a normal passenger vehicle.
Very large, dedicated lot for trucks and trailers on opposite side of hotel. At any time, I only saw 2 or 3 large trucks-trailer using this area. Some passenger vehicles used it out of necessity. At least 100 yards from the front of hotel.
Pulling past hotel check-in puts you onto dead-end path around the hotel made worse because of many spots filled with huge trucks and trailers. Some flat-bed trailers positioned sideways taking up 4 to 5 parking spaces for guests/families.

Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but had already given them out. The ice machines were broken and dirty. The parking was inconvenient due to heavy equipment and trailers taking up multiple parking spots. When we returned to our room for the second nights stay our keys didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk for them to be rekeyed. We were extremely dissatisfied with this stay !!!

Staff was friendly. Rooms are slightly outdated but clean. Not very roomy but we were only there to sleep. The refrigerator is tiny and didn't work. No coffee maker/ice bucket/drinking cups, etc in the room. Both ice machines were either empty or didn't work. Vending machines were available. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.

The shower had hair in it. The vents were full of dust. We woke up with head congestion from dust and mildew smell. Lights with burnt out light bulbs in room. Hotel was out of ice buckets. Hotel had two ice machines and neither worked. Shampoo and shower gel dispenser were broken. Staff and front desk supervisor stated ice buckets were not mandatory. Maintenance and housekeeping supervisor not available.

Pet friendly which was nice. There were a couple of restaurants in the area.
