"Good location to Kensington High Street and surrounding area"

"This was a nice hotel and this easily would have been a 5 star review if not for the bathroom. There was mold. A lot of it. All over the ceiling above the shower and within the sealant on the shower door. It was pretty bad. Hindsight has me realizing I should have asked for another room to see if the issue was widespread but we weren’t in the room a whole lot and managed fine. Everything else about this stay was nice - employees were friendly; breakfast was good; the bar was well stocked; amenities, while competitive to book, were good."

"Spacious, very clean and modern room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was available to transfer to the terminal 5(15minutes ride) with the small fee. "

"This hotel is a little off the beaten track for me as I normally stay close to Fitzrovia in London. However, I wanted a hotel with a gym / pool, and this was situated an easy walk away from Westbourne Park underground station (a few stops on from Great Portland Street station). And what a pleasant surprise I had. This is a funky, fresh hotel with brilliant facilities. My room was a great size and included a small kitchen. The air con in my room was excellent and the gym is good enough for a solid workout. Added to this was a cinema room and pool (neither of which I used) and a fabulous canal side restaurant (the rolled lamb belly was unbelievable). This was all topped off by EVERY single member of staff being kind and considerate. If you want a hotel that is a corporate chain - this is not for you. If you want great facilities in a relaxed, non pretentious atmosphere, this is worth a go."

"It was great, but not variety"

"Great location. Dark, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Nice view even though it wasn’t a room with a tower view. There was a problem with the toilet, we told staff and it was fixed straight away. No mini fridge in the room. No plug sockets/outlets next to the beds. Some of the furniture and fixtures were very worn and could do with replacing."

"The staff at reception were awesome. I only stayed for one night and the room was clean, loved the hotel decor. I would love to go back and try the bar and restaurant."
