"this hotel location is not in a clean area of the city. It’s very small the hallways are so narrow. You can’t pass by another individual. You have to wait until they walk past you. They’re supposed free snacks are very cheesy and doesn’t make the hotel any special. The staff was very unfriendly and when I wanted to go somewhere else, they proceeded to not give me my money back."

The hotel tried to charge my cc for extra night without informing me, despite I was eligible and confirmed for a late check-out. Location of the hotel is the best feature, close to cafes, restaurants and major attractions as well as the subway. "
