“Located in a very picturesque high point on Richmond Hill. Hotel itself is a bit old and the passages are narrow but has old world charm and very English. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is first rate.”

“Very helpful staff”

“Friendly staff, had a real country pub feel but in town. Food was really good. Will definitely stay again, thank you”

“Gorgeous building and really great food with excellent breakfast choices”

“The room, no wider than 6 feet, no longer than 9 feet, the bathroom, a wc and washbasin that, at 5,5 and 10 stone, I needed to open the door to use. Absolute disgrace, looks nice until you stay there, the desk, all 18 inches of it covered by a fan. I checked out after 1 night. Never again”

“This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly.
