Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous facilities.
Pity the breakfast option wasn't available (due to unforeseen circumstances) but there are plenty cafes, restaurants etc on the doorstop that do the job just as well. โ
โPlayed the early K.O making pre match atmosphere exciting. Lovely facilities, perfect location to the stadium. Would definitely recommend & stay again โ
โHotel swimming pool was awful. Dirty shower location and also pool condition. Also pool guide lady was no sense of service.
Hotel can't get 4 star grade. Very old and also breakfast was unexpectable why I pay that money.โ

โLovey residence in a quiet area, close to the centre of a small town. Parking outside. Very clean and neat room with en-suite facilities. Excellent value for money. Stayed for 1 night on business. โ
โNot great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.โ
โThere were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery.
This is a shame, because everything else was Great.โ
โBeautiful hotel, not sure how itโs classed as a 3* on Expedia when itโs by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the โlittle thingsโ that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back soon :) โ
