“This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! There is NO ONE at the building. 4 floors with no elevator. The stairs are narrow, steep, and slanted. My room was in rough condition. Part of the bathroom floor was crumbling apart. There are a unisex bathrooms on each level. One was a closet with just a toilet and no sink. The other must have just been used because the floor was soaked and wet footsteps trailing into the public hallway. There are no signs to mark the place and multiple doors on 2 different...

“The property was in a good location and was clean. The code for the door didn’t work and I had to call for them to change it. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the lights would not come on but the ceiling fan wouldn’t turn off. It was freezing in there when I arrived and there were signs not to turn on the heat or the ac no matter how tempting but the ac was clearly on when I arrived. The towels were thin and tiny, it took a really long time for the water to get hot and it barely came out for a shower....

“Room was clean. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Bummed to see there was only one set of towels allocated for us. Location was great.”

“We enjoyed our five-day stay! The apartment was nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the building was secure. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and we felt safe throughout our visit. Another reviewer mentioned that the complex has a college-apartment feel, and I’d agree, but that wasn’t a problem for us. A couple of things to keep in mind: If you’re traveling with kids or planning to watch TV, the smart TV uses Roku, and we couldn’t get past the “sign into Roku” screen. Also, parking...

“Was promised a refund of $50 after we spent an entire day without power. Plus VERY hard to communicate with. Would NOT recommend!”

“We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for exploring Boston, with close and easy access to public transportation. The unit had more than everything we could have needed. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were quick and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to all.”
