We got a balcony room with a mountain view, which was definitely worth the upgrade. The views were incredible! However, the room itself was VERY tiny, and the bed was not very comfortable. The reception staff was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed drinks at the downstairs bar, and the bartenders were fabulous. We spoke with Anna quite a bit, and it was a joy meeting her. Overall, our stay was good and we would recommend!"
