Love how big the mugs are had a nice cup of tea in it. We had to shower with cold water !! So disappointing, the hot water is limited at night Overall the stay was good."

"I've travelled to 40 countries over the past 20 years, and this was the most disappointing hotel experience. I was approached during an afternoon walk around the area by a local safety team patrol member to inform me that it was a high crime area and was offered an escort back to the hotel. The water system had problems my last 5 days at the hotel with intermittent outages daily and no communication plan from the hotel to the guests.
