"The hotel provides a reasonable place to stay if you want to explore Hong Kong. The staff were business like, but not exceptionally friendly. The room was adequate but did require a technician to be called at night to turn off the light, and the amenities were adequate. This hotel does have an outdoor pool but it is only accessible during the daytime, with reduced hours on some days. We did not use the food court."

"Staff were super helpful, I badly injured my knee whilst staying in HK and the staff could not be more helpful with additional pillows and ice packs each evening to help reduce the swelling. Absolutely great service. Location is easy to get to MTR station (Exit A1)"

"Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The room size was unbeatable considering it’s in Hong Kong. Very convenient location and is connected to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Also the subway station is right in the mall which is super convenient. The pool was big and fun. My kids loved swimming in it. Very suitable for family. The only complaint I had was that our room wasn’t ready till 3:30pm which took longer than my expectations. Other than that, everything else was great. Will stay again when we come back to Hong Kong again."
